2. Dispute resolutions
3. Negotiating Promise to pay
4. DRA Certification
5. Target Based process
Candidate requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior experience in DRA or a related field.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong empathy and ability to remain calm and supportive when dealing with clients experiencing financial stress.
Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and data security
Should be able to speak English, Hindi.
